• Natural fabrics and hand-dyeing may lead to slight shade differences from product photos. This is normal and part of the handcrafted process.

 

Handcrafted Finish

• As each piece is handmade, minor irregularities (weave, texture, or stitches) are not defects but a sign of authenticity.

 

Delivery Delays

• While we commit to 10–15 days, adding a note that delays may occur due to unforeseen courier or production challenges.

Customer Responsibility for Measurements

• Customer must share accurate measurements, as we are making exactly to those details.

 

Alteration Shipping Charges

• We are offering one free alteration, but 

  • Customer bears shipping cost for sending the product back.

  • We will cover the cost for sending it after alteration.

Care Disclaimer​

• We have added Material & Care, but as mentioned : If the garment is damaged due to improper care (e.g., machine wash when hand wash was advised), Summer’97 is not responsible.

Custom Order Finality

• Emphasize that since pieces are made specially for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused, which is why returns/cancellations aren’t possible.
