At Summer’97, we believe in slow fashion and sustainable fashion. Every piece is handcrafted with care using 100% natural fabrics like pure linen and cotton. We do not use blended fabrics. Our approach is zero-waste, producing only on order, and we use eco-conscious packaging that can be reused wherever possible.

• ⁠All outfits are made to order.

• ⁠Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours and moves into production.

• The process includes dyeing, stitching, and finishing, ensuring a garment made uniquely for you.

⁠Processing & Delivery

​

• We take 10–15 business days to process and deliver your order.

• ⁠Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partners.

• ⁠A tracking slip can be shared with you on request once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

​

• Custom Made: As every outfit is custom-made to your measurements and height, we do not accept returns.

• One-Time Size Exchange: We’ve made sizing easier! You can now opt for a one-time size exchange (XS-XL) to find your perfect fit. Note: Same style, color, and standard length applies.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Exchanges are also possible if the product is damaged or if there was an error on our part.

• To Request an Exchange, the following is strictly required:

• Clear photos and a detailed video of the product showing the specific issue.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video must be provided as proof, starting from the opening of the sealed package.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

• ⁠If you face any sizing concerns, our team is happy to guide you.

• ⁠For custom orders, we offer one free alteration:

• You can send the product back to us.

• We will alter it and send it back to you.
