At Summer’97, we believe in slow fashion and sustainable fashion. Every piece is handcrafted with care using 100% natural fabrics like pure linen and cotton. We do not use blended fabrics. Our approach is zero-waste, producing only on order, and we use eco-conscious packaging that can be reused wherever possible.

• ⁠Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours and moves into production.

• The process includes dyeing, stitching, and finishing, ensuring a garment made uniquely for you.

⁠Processing & Delivery

• We take 10–15 business days to process and deliver your order.

• ⁠Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partners.

• ⁠A tracking slip can be shared with you on request once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

• As every outfit is custom-made to your measurements and height, we do not accept returns.

• ⁠Exchanges are possible only in case of a damaged product or an error on our part.

• ⁠To request an exchange:

• A video of the product (with details of the issue) must be shared.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof.

Cancellations

• ⁠If you face any sizing concerns, our team is happy to guide you.

• ⁠For custom orders, we offer one free alteration:

• You can send the product back to us.

• We will alter it and send it back to you.
